When you use fetch in Node 20 or later, the X-Ray SDK doesn't propagate trace headers downstream.

If you have a Lambda -> API Gateway -> Lambda, the two invocations will not appear in the same trace.

This is the two-line fix you need. (you need to install the aws-xray-sdk-fetch module first)
